Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our front desk team at Days Inn Pittsburgh.

About the Job:
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Process room bookings, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared for arrival.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:

$11 - $13 per hour, estimated annual salary $23,000 - $27,300.
