Seafood Department Manager

As a Seafood Supervisor at Restaurant Depot, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the seafood department. This includes supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of Aisle-person/Stockers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train Aisle-person/Stockers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
- Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and break times
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
