About the Role:

  • Monitor performance, take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
  • Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift
  • Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
