We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Cass & St. Joseph Counties. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Work Areas: Set up staging areas and equipment for each project, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform Restoration Tasks: Execute production processes as directed, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
  • End-of-Day/End-of-Job Cleanup: Perform thorough cleanup and breakdown of work areas, leaving the jobsite in a clean and orderly condition.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
Physical Demands and Competencies
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
