About the Team

The Global Operations Team integrates information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing to propel our worldwide business operations. We assist Lam in delivering top-tier solutions with agility and effectiveness, while actively fostering the sustainable and profitable growth of Lam's enterprise.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with global teams as the product manager for the international testing platform. You will formulate strategies and a roadmap for the platform and its incorporation into the global manufacturing framework. This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities, technical knowledge in both software and hardware development processes, and the aptitude to efficiently manage cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the enhancement or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs, developing project plans, aligning teams, managing risks, and steering projects through to release.
  • Assume ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure program timelines, performance metrics, and delivery align with business requirements punctually and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend process and system requirements, delivering enhancements in response to an evolving technology landscape.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives from inception to impactful outcomes.
  • Implement change management for programs that are sustainable and ensure long-term success.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management, focusing on software and hardware development.
  • Strong comprehension of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and hardware design processes.
  • Certified Scrum Master facilitating seamless integration into the current application development framework.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Robust understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation principles.
  • Experience in the technology sector, ideally with hardware/software integration projects.
  • Familiarity with the existing framework and the maintenance of new script additions, along with proposing enhancements to the framework.
  • Proficient hands-on experience with Python Development.
  • Good knowledge of React and NodeJS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Object-oriented programming experience.
  • Knowledge of Python frameworks such as Flask and Django.
  • Experience with QA Regression and Unit testing.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Machines.
  • Experience in test development involving both positive and negative test scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and Small Talk.
  • Knowledge of Serial, Ethernet, Socket, Modbus, and Firmware protocols.
  • Experience with AI platform integration.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
