Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as an Industrial Project Manager. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of industrial construction projects from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including site and infrastructure design, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with clients, agency personnel, and colleagues to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Network with industry professionals to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Participate in project management meetings and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design related to industrial, commercial, or high-tech site development projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Oregon Professional Engineer (Civil) License.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/InRoads design software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
