Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Project Leader, you will not merely manage projects; you will drive transformative initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully, blending your technical expertise with strategic oversight to deliver innovative products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and optimization of technical product offerings, creating detailed project plans, aligning teams, managing risks, and ensuring timely release.
  • Take full ownership of project success, ensuring that program schedules, performance metrics, and deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend process and system needs, delivering enhancements that adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives from inception to impactful outcomes.
  • Conduct data collection and statistical analysis, reporting findings to inform project timelines and deliverables.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to foster process improvements and inspire alignment.
  • Implement sustainable change management practices for long-term program success.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; or a PhD with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management or continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership skills to achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging audiences at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication or related industries.
  • Knowledge of program management methodologies and experience in product development and release processes.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or certifications.
  • Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
  • Experience in change management methodologies.
