Job Summary:

The Human Resources Director will collaborate with our Executive Team to develop and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with our business objectives. This role will foster a culture of integrity, community, originality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the HR strategy
  • Lead and develop a best-in-class HR team
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assess employee satisfaction and implement a system to evaluate and hold managers accountable
  • Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders on human resources matters
  • Conduct thorough investigations related to employee relations concerns
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to address organizational challenges and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to understand upcoming talent needs and develop plans to leverage internal and external talent
  • Develop training programs aligned with business needs
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated Human Resources Manager experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive the team towards objectives
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to aggregate and utilize data to support business decisions
  • Thorough knowledge of human resources practices and procedures as well as considerable knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations
  • Success at executing plans, follow-up, and adapting to change
  • Ability to communicate clearly and simply both verbally and written
