Compassionate Patient Care Specialist

A skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is sought to provide exceptional support to nursing staff and contribute to the well-being of patients in a dynamic skilled nursing facility.
About the RoleThe CNA will be responsible for assisting with patient care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and promoting acceptance of treatment goals. This part-time position requires a current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification and adherence to a rotating shift schedule.

Compensation and BenefitsThis rewarding opportunity comes with an estimated salary of $18.90 per hour, reflecting the competitive wages and hiring incentives offered by Lutheran SeniorLife. Key Responsibilities- Assist professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities.
- Maintain resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Promote resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and respond promptly to overall resident/patient needs.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification, listed on the state nurse aide registry without allegations.
