We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Lutheran SeniorLife. As a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our nursing staff and assisting with patient care in our skilled nursing facility.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality while promoting acceptance of treatment goals. Your duties will include assisting professional nursing staff with routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, following established policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to maintain resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $18.90 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
