Compassionate Senior Care Medical Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners in Cincinnati, OH. As a House Calls Nurse Practitioner, you will provide medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in their homes or assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient medical needs and provide evidence-based medical care
- Treat chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other health conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care
- Maintain up-to-date patient medical records
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
- Competitive compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 per year
- Weekdays and daytime shifts only
