About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at American Bottoms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a range of human resources services, including salary administration, recruitment, benefit administration, workers' compensation, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salary Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Benefit Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Workers' Compensation: Investigate and manage worker's compensation claims.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and programs related to human resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Benefits and Salary

American Bottoms offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plans, and tuition reimbursement. The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
