We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Promo Events. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer feedback, and resolution time.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain current knowledge of our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
