Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Data Coordinator to join our team at Nash County, NC. As a Field Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and entering real estate appraisal data into the data base, preparing and mailing appraisal notices, and assisting the public with a wide variety of appraisal information.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and related office information technology equipment
  • Working knowledge of North Carolina Machinery Act and County tax policies and procedures
