We are seeking a dedicated Data Integrity Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Data Integrity Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our vendor data.

Responsibilities:
  • You will make high-volume outbound calls to vendors to verify and update contact information, services offered, geographic coverage, and other relevant details.
  • You will confirm vendor credentials and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • You will accurately document and update all vendor interactions and information in our database.
  • You will identify and resolve discrepancies or incomplete data, following up as necessary.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or data verification role is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or similar database tools is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 60 WPM.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
