Program Manager II

Blue Canyon Technologies, a leading small satellite manufacturer and mission services provider, is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager II to join our team. As a Program Manager II, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians in the development and execution of spacecraft missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of engineers and technicians in the development and execution of spacecraft missions.
  • Collaborate with customers to refine their needs and provide innovative and competitive solutions.
  • Develop and manage program budgets and forecasts, including financial, technical, and schedule risk and opportunity positions.
  • Execute flight programs that meet technical and cost obligations.
  • Work closely with other contractors/teammates in meeting customer needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in spacecraft mission management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management with Engineering background, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Good documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong systems engineering and technical management skills.
