Job Description:

We are seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. As a Mobile Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. You will work closely with your team to create a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience
  • Become skilled with digital tools and consistently use them in interactions and onboarding
  • Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels and partner to collectively own the customer experience

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Passionate customer advocate with a desire to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
