Function/Purpose:

The Event Planning Director will oversee the conception, organization, and execution of a variety of events, such as fundraising luncheons, galas, conferences, golf tournaments, volunteer activities, and gatherings for individual and major donors.

This role encompasses managing all facets of the event, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering outstanding experiences for participants.

1. Event Conceptualization, Planning, and Strategy
2. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination
3. Financial Oversight and Budget Management
4. Event Marketing and Promotion
5. On-Site Event Coordination
6. Post-Event Evaluation and Activities

Job Type:
Full time: 35 hours per week

Compensation:
$50,000 to $58,000 salary range

Benefits:
