Position Summary: As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the tenant experience by managing the move-in process. This includes overseeing necessary documentation, ensuring precise data entry, and facilitating effective communication between clients and onsite management teams. You will also analyze customer data to support future marketing and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Manage both outbound and inbound communications with residents through various channels to collect move-in documentation, including income verification and identification.
  • Data Management: Verify and update resident contact details and demographics for all new tenants, ensuring accuracy and following up as required.
  • Lease Administration: Review and confirm lease details a week prior to move-in, making necessary updates and securing signatures.
  • Move-In Coordination: Ensure the accuracy of move-in packets and finalize lease documents at least two days before the scheduled move-in.
  • Property Tours: Organize property tours and site visits as requested by potential clients.
  • Trend Analysis: Report on document collection and data entry trends to the Property Manager.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with the Property Manager to identify risks and develop effective policies and procedures.
  • Resident Engagement: Interact with residents to address inquiries, provide information on property features, manage the renewal process, and promote resident retention.
