Parent Support Specialist

This role is designated for Parent Support Specialists who possess personal experience with various state systems and have shown remarkable skills in navigating these frameworks. Parent Support Specialists must have concluded cases and ensure family stability. They will report directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent GED
  • Must have been the parent or primary caregiver of a child/youth who has received services from designated agencies
  • No ongoing cases with specified agencies for a minimum of one year
  • Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory
  • COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required
  • Access to internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program is necessary
  • Possession of a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record

Compensation:

Tier 1: $20.19- $25.96 per hour
Tier 2: $25.97- $28.85 per hour

$1,000 Signing Bonus: First half upon the first paycheck and the remaining half after six months of employment
