About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Premier Property Maintenance, Inc. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of our company's landscape maintenance and snow removal procedures and processes, and be able to fluently communicate those to our current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our company's procedures and processes, and be able to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Professional Image: Maintain and protect our company's professional image while interacting with clients and crew.
  • Core Values: Exhibit our company's core values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Professional Development: Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
  • Client Events: Attend client networking events and outings to build relationships and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; a four-year degree is preferred but not required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Customer service, plant and material knowledge, quality control, computer fluency, communication, sales, time management, and trainability.
  • Licenses: Driver's license required.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission.
