We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at Boosters Bar & Grill, a vibrant sports bar dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Operations Supervisor to lead our restaurant's daily activities and support the General Manager in achieving financial success while embodying our brand's identity.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a remarkable guest experience and fostering a positive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budget management and income statement analysis.
  • Effectively manage departmental operations, ensuring adherence to established brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to align team objectives and maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Participate in local events to promote the restaurant and build community relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in culinary operations within diverse hospitality settings.
  • Educational background in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational success.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and vendor relations.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary based on experience, starting at $57,597 annually. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k options, paid time off, and more.
