Key Responsibilities- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Partner with the Property Manager and leasing team to ensure excellent move-in and move-out experiences for our residents
- Manage and delegate resident service requests as received via electronic system
- Schedule on-call rotation and assist with service as needed
- Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status
- Maintain maintenance budget and inventory
- Keep all safety materials current and readily available
- Conduct business in accordance with all policies, procedures, and state/federal laws
- Diagnose and assist with routine maintenance or repair, as needed, involving electrical and plumbing, water irrigation systems, tile, carpet, and flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners, shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, door locks, boiler, gas, and electric
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in property management
- Experience adhering to budgets and managing costs
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
