Virella is a leading organization with 120 years of experience in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team.
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising team activity and results. You will also train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong supervisory and leadership skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks, delegate them when appropriate, and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base
- Research new business opportunities
- Supervision of team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation
