About the Role

Tennessee Auto Outlet LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Interior Specialist to enhance the quality of our vehicle detailing services.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including seats, upholstery, carpets, and floor mats, to meet high-quality standards.
  • Vacuum and shampoo upholstery, carpets, and floor mats to remove dirt and stains, ensuring a like-new appearance.
  • Apply cleaning, conditioning, and protective treatments to leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces, maintaining their integrity and appearance.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish, providing an optimal driving experience.
  • Inspect and evaluate vehicles for cleanliness and condition, identifying areas requiring additional attention to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Safely operate and maintain all tools, equipment, and cleaning products, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Follow company standards for detailing quality and efficiency, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with completed services and fostering positive relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, meet customer deadlines, and promote a culture of teamwork and support.
Benefits
