Position Summary

The Head of Enterprise Application Strategy is tasked with guiding our enterprise application technology strategy across our varied organization, including US, Canada, and UK Sales & Service. This crucial position emphasizes delivering business value, promoting innovation, and improving adaptability within our IT operational framework. The ideal candidate will formulate application and business intelligence strategies that align with our corporate strategic goals, ensuring the ongoing success of Robert Reiser & Co.

Qualifications & Experience

· Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of application technology strategies.

· Leadership in technology initiatives and change management.

· Profound understanding of business processes and alignment of technology needs.

· Expertise in data privacy compliance and IT security protocols.

· Proficient in managing data warehouses and vendor relationships.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and developing working prototypes or mock-ups.

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

· At least ten years of experience in a leadership role overseeing applications and technology.

· Minimum of five years of experience in the Selling and Distribution Industry or similar sectors.

· Experience in the Food industry is advantageous.

· Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics, Document Management Systems, preferably ELO, and ERP Systems, preferably Prelude.
