Job Summary

Point32Health is seeking a highly skilled Talent Specialist to support key Talent Management initiatives, including Performance Management, Coaching and Feedback Strategy, Talent Review, Internal Mobility, Succession Planning, Skills/Competency Modeling, Assessment Strategy, Mentorship Programs, and Onboarding. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement strategies that drive organizational growth and support a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist in the implementation of Performance Management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes.

  • Support the development and implementation of coaching frameworks and feedback strategies, as well as leadership development programs.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify high-potential employees and support talent review processes.

  • Promote internal career growth opportunities and assist in facilitating internal mobility programs.

  • Assist in succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and support the identification and development of high-potential employees.

  • Help develop and maintain competency models, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

  • Support the implementation of assessment tools and processes, ensuring assessments are fair, reliable, and valid.

  • Assist in designing and managing mentorship programs and help monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs and support the effective integration of new hires into the organization.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Required: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR roles.

  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Healthcare Industry.

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
  • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
  • May be required to work additional hours beyond the standard work schedule.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment – both virtual work and on-site (at least 1 day a week but occasionally up to 3 days a week as the business requires).
