We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to drive the creation of high-quality proposals, develop innovative visual content, narrate compelling stories, and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team, internal staff, consultants, and clients. This role is pivotal to the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams in securing project opportunities through comprehensive research, strategic planning, and effective execution.
  • Draft and assemble proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and various marketing materials, including copywriting and graphic design.
  • Conduct information gathering for industry-related surveys and communications.
  • Support sponsorship events through planning and participation.
  • Maintain and organize the CRM database and marketing resources.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal development within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of the procurement process.
  • Proficient in analyzing RFPs and RFQs.
  • Skilled in producing a high volume of proposals.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
  • Exceptional graphic design capabilities, particularly in layout and composition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture/Design, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence required on designated days.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without any restrictions.
Compensation:

The typical salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $95,000, depending on individual skills, experience, education, and location.
