Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks related to healthcare practitioner credentialing, including managing assigned expiring documents, leave of absence tracking, and provider demographic updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned expiring documents, including state licensure, malpractice insurance, Board Certification, and Visa/Green cards.
  • Oversee leave of absence tracking and provider demographic updates in the Credentialing Database.
  • Collect documents required by Managed Care Companies.
  • Assist with various other administrative department tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
