Overview Our Credentialing Team in South Jersey is searching for credentialing specialists that will be supporting physician and high level allied health onboarding for the entire health system. This team processes credentialing files for providers in all departments of the hospital. The team is typically managing a high volume of files at a time, on average between 20-25 files. Members of this team can expect to do the research behind licensure, past experience and trainings, documentation, and more related to the onboarding of new clinicians. The team sits fully remote, but must live within commutable distance of Camden, NJ. All equipment is provided for specialists. Software This team operates on the Symplr provider credentialing system, the National Practitioner Data Bank, and more. Duties Minimum 1 year of experience as a credentialing specialist or coordinator specifically with provider credentialing Bachelors Degree Experience onboarding physicians and higher level allied health employees Experience privileging employees, appointments, reappointments, tracking expirable, sanction checks, reviewing red flags etc Experience managing 20-25 files at a given time Compensation Starting at $29/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
