Credentialing Coordinator - Healthcare Provider Specialist at Global Channel Management, Inc.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of provider information, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Management: Terminate providers who do not comply with credentialing standards.
- Communication: Prepare and execute outbound communications related to credentialing events.
- Research and Analysis: Research discrepancies related to provider information.
- Support and Coordination: Support the preparation of weekly rosters to present providers for committee approvals/denials.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 2-3 years of business experience with healthcare provider credentialing
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access), Knowledge of credentialing/provider industry, Demonstrates sense of urgency, Experience with operating systems such as EDW/Business Objects
Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid role, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
