Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Structural Senior Project Manager to lead our state-of-the-art sports complex construction project in New York. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and project management, with experience in managing complex construction projects involving concrete, post-tensioned concrete, steel, and metal decking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the entire project, providing guidance to subordinate managers and enforcing company and project policies.
  • Accountable for all facets of the project, ensuring construction is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Overall responsibility for project management, including pre-construction budgeting and scheduling, procurement, and contract closeout.
  • Primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Requirements

  • BS Engineering or related curriculum and 10 years of experience in construction management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • BS or advanced degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in structural engineering.
  • Experience in construction project management involving concrete, post-tensioned concrete, steel, and metal decking.
  • Experience in management of extensive interiors construction projects.
  • Successful experience in the management of heavy schedule-driven construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word).
