Senior Sales Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team and achieve sales volume and distribution objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and distribution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new sales representatives.
- Other duties as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to hold a Solicitor's Permit.
- Understanding of the wine and spirits industry.
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
Competencies
- May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team.
- Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine.
