Position Summary:

Champion Chevrolet of Avon is in search of a seasoned Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to support our expanding operations. Key Duties:
  • Guide customers in securing financing for their purchases, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Introduce customers to additional product options, such as extended warranties and insurance plans, to enrich their vehicle ownership.
  • Structure sales transactions to optimize profitability while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain expertise and required certifications in finance and insurance, keeping abreast of industry standards and regulations.
  • Accurately process deals, submit them to lenders for approval, and make informed credit decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all sales transactions.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and contracts, delivering deals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review team deals post-sale for accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure prompt funding of all contracts, fostering strong relationships with financial institutions.
