Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Field Laborer to join our team at Gopherfish Mgmt LLC. As a Field Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Field Foreman and Field Installers on the jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Support the Field Foreman and Field Installers on the jobsite.
  • Assist with the installation of various foundation repair solutions including waterproofing and structural remediation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to carry heavy loads safely.
  • Basic understanding of construction or concrete.
  • Knowledge of needed materials and equipment/tools for each job.
  • General understanding of how to operate tools; hammer drill, concrete saw and jack hammer.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

We offer a competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $19 to $21 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision benefits, paid time off, and a retirement matching program.
