Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a superior level of customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including checking members in, new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours of the facility.
  • Membership Sales: Promote membership sales through word of mouth, posting materials, and other sales strategies.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the Wellness Center, including wiping down equipment, stocking locker rooms, and inspecting facilities and equipment to ensure safety and proper working order.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Activities Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with prior experience working in a fitness center or similar environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work well with others, and basic computer proficiency.
