Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage child welfare initiatives within designated service areas.
  • Collaborate with local officials, stakeholders, tribal leaders, and community organizations to build effective partnerships and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning safety, permanency, and well-being for children and families.
  • Set strategic goals for the service area and work with leadership to assign and plan tasks to meet these objectives.
  • Guide administrative teams in applying policies and standards consistently.
  • Foster teamwork and enhance operational effectiveness through mentorship and coaching.
  • Implement continuous quality improvement processes to assess performance against program goals.
Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in public administration, social sciences, or a related field, along with substantial managerial experience in workload management, budgeting, and community engagement.

Preferred: Master's degree in social work or public administration, with advanced leadership experience and a proven track record in team management and community collaboration.

Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent transportation.

Compensation: Salary will be based on education and experience.
