Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary contact for customers, resolving technical issues, diagnosing equipment failures, and addressing invoice and repair inquiries.
  • Initiate contact with customers to review service history, warranty records, and product improvement programs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Make informed decisions based on the best interests of RION Equipment and our customers, driving business success and customer satisfaction.
