Job Overview

Neal R. Gross & Co., a leading provider of court reporting and transcription services, is seeking an experienced Legal Business Operations Associate to join our team.

This role offers a comprehensive paid training program, providing the necessary tools for success. You will gain broad business experience in a dynamic, small company setting with exposure to the legal, judicial, and government sectors.

The position involves standard administrative duties, processing client orders electronically or by telephone, maintaining and confirming client schedules, interacting with clients regarding special orders, and processing orders and invoicing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Process client orders through electronic means or telephonically
  • Maintain and confirm client schedules accurately
  • Communicate with clients regarding special orders
  • Process orders and generate invoices for clients timely

In order to succeed in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of work experience. We encourage new college graduates to apply as well.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and time-management aptitude
