About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Graham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments.
  • Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models.
  • Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA (or equivalent) and approximately 8 or more years experience.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly and personable with excellent telephone etiquette.
