Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate RN to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility setting.

About the Role

The RN Charge Nurse will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition/changes during rounds
  • Assure implementation of care plans as directed by physicians
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct rounds with physicians and record visits in clinical records
  • Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts
  • Identify significant changes in the resident's condition and take necessary action per facility policies and procedures
  • Oversee and monitor aides to ensure high standards of care
  • Initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports per facility policy
  • Discharge residents per facility policy
  • Communicate with resident's point of contact regarding status updates or changes in condition

Requirements

  • Educational/Training Requirements: Must have completed a RN program at an accredited vocational school, college, or university
  • Licensing Requirements: Must be an active Registered Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing
  • Experience Requirements: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred

Benefits

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Estimated Salary: $65,500/year
