LVN Charge Nurse for Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services in Beaumont, TX.
About the Role:The LVN Charge Nurse will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct regular rounds to observe, assess, document, and report resident condition/changes.
- Implement care plans as directed and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians during rounds and record visits in clinical records.
- Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
- Identify significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action per facility policies and procedures.
- Oversee and monitor aides to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports per facility policy.
- Discharge residents per facility policy.
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
