We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team at We All Gotta Eat Group, a multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group that operates Michelin Star recognized Sushi Noz and Noz 17, and is opening a high-style French Bistro on the Upper East Side.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine wine, sake, and beverage service, and will be able to provide exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert knowledge of wine, sake, beer, spirits, and teas to guests and staff
  • Assisting the Wine Director in ordering, inventory, and storage of beverages
  • Leading beverage training for front-of-house staff
  • Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of beverage serviceware
  • Upselling and promoting beverage sales during service

Prior experience with Japanese culinary traditions is a plus, but not required. We are committed to creating a team-based, confident, gracious, and professional dining atmosphere for our guests.
