Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist at Seaport Smiles. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, adjusting waitlists and cancellations as needed
  • Listen to and follow up on voicemails, ensuring timely communication
  • Prepare all requirements for appointments, proactively asking questions from the team
  • Answer practice calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner
  • Onboard new patients, presenting treatment fees and effectively closing cases
  • Process fees and contracts, coordinating with other providers as needed
  • Perform data entry, managing non-clinical patient communication
  • Review and sign patient consent, maintaining meticulous records
  • Assist in social media content brainstorming, creation, and posting as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate regular team meetings
  • Perform office admin duties, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • Attention to detail, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
  • Professional written and verbal communication, sales skills, and organization
  • Time-management, ability to multitask, and work independently
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Mac, bilingual a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
