Position Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in the patient care team, ensuring efficient clerical and supportive functions that enhance the operational flow of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointment scheduling using designated software, adhering to established protocols.
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, accurately verifying insurance details and collecting necessary payments.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy against sign-in sheets and encounter forms.
- Prepare daily bank deposits as required.
- Maintain current knowledge of coding practices relevant to healthcare services.

- Up to 1 Year of Relevant Experience
