We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing.
Job SummaryAs a Cardiac Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including telemetry monitoring and medication management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- At least six months of recent medical-surgical or telemetry experience within the last 18 months.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
