Job Overview

Position yourself for success as a skilled Executive Assistant to a high-profile C-Suite Executive at a global tech firm.

This role requires a dedicated professional to provide top-notch support, multitasking, and prioritize tasks with exceptional organization and ownership. The ideal candidate should thrive in a mission-driven culture, fostering collaboration and creative thinking.


Compensation: $100-120k base salary + discretionary bonus + 401k with match, profit sharing, health/dental/vision, and unlimited PTO

Work location: Greenwich, CT (walkable from Greenwich train station)


Onsite work, Monday – Friday, with flexibility for remote work when the executive is traveling

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  2. Manage the executive's Outlook calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and orchestrate meetings
  3. Problem-solve and make judgment calls on priorities based on other calendars, projects, and stakeholder meetings
  4. Become familiar with organizational policies and procedures
  5. Manage and reconcile monthly expense reports
  6. Arrange business travel, including transportation, lodging, and dining reservations
  7. Coordinate ad-hoc events as needed


Support multiple departments on special projects and assist with administrative tasks


Collaborate with other executive assistants

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Executive/Admin Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment, bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

• Demonstrate trust and understanding of confidentiality

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing plans and priorities in a dynamic environment

• Experience managing several busy calendars and knowledge of Google GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite
