Rose International is seeking a skilled Certified Coder to join our team. As a Certified Coder, you will play a crucial role in helping us build out the coding for our benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coding and Reimbursement: Determine which codes belong to the language in the benefit plans and review what peers have designated as correct coding.
  • Coding Facilitation: Facilitate any discussions needed to get to a coding document and review audit results to make adjustments as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in project meetings and work collaboratively with other certified coders and business analyst roles.
Requirements
  • Certification: 3+ years Certified Professional Coder (AAPC or AHIMA) certification.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience with coding and reimbursement methodologies (e.g. CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, CMS).
  • Skills: Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed Care Experience: Prior managed care experience is preferred.
  • License Requirement: AAPC or AHIMA certification is required.
