Remote Opportunity for Medical Coders
**Job Title:** Multispecialty Medical Coder & OBGYN Coder
**About the Role:**
We are seeking two experienced medical coders to join our team at a large healthcare organization on the East Coast. As a remote medical coder, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Code medical records for multispecialty and OBGYN patients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding
* Stay up-to-date with the latest coding guidelines and regulations
* Work closely with the coding team to ensure high-quality coding standards
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in medical coding, with a focus on multispecialty and OBGYN coding
* Formal ICD-10-CM and CTP training required
* Experience with EPIC and Professional Fee Services (Pro Fee) required
* Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) preferred
