About This Role

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory transactions, including handling and identifying materials, conducting daily follow-up of all warehouse-related functions, and performing inventory management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and identify materials accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct daily follow-up of all warehouse-related functions to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including conducting inventory transactions in our MRP system
  • Cross-train in other departments to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Fulfill planned orders correctly and in a timely manner to meet customer demands
  • Combine component materials into kits accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure the quality of kits meets our high standards
  • Work collaboratively with others to complete kits quickly and efficiently
  • Perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by Copeland, federal, state, and local provisions
  • Identify locations accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Dexterity to handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Detailed-oriented with ability to follow specific instructions accurately
  • Willingness to learn about different kitting cells and functions
  • Able to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Place tools into kits with hands; close packaging or case with limited force
  • Place kits into shipping box, which may require bending or stooping

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills to effectively use our MRP system
